Personal Data and General Confidentiality Agreement

Text of the data processing agreement:
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI (as amended) You confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by "Hosting in Ukraine" LLC: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, transfer exclusively for the purpose of selling the software in your name, as described below, blocking, depersonalization, destruction.

"Hosting in Ukraine" LLC guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. Processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by "Hosting in Ukraine" LLC as mandatory.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the right holder, distributor or reseller of the software for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. "Hosting in Ukraine" LLC guarantees that the right holder, distributor or reseller of the software protects personal data under conditions similar to those set forth in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data of yours: surname, first name and patronymic, e-mail address, postal address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment details.

The term of consent is unlimited. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written message to the address: 02064, Ukraine, Kyiv, pr-t. Mayakovsky, building 68, office 233 marked "Revocation of consent to personal data processing".

We draw your attention to the fact that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the removal of your account from the Internet site (https://hosting.in.ua), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in personal data processing systems of "Hosting in Ukraine" LLC, which may make it impossible to use Internet services of "Hosting in Ukraine" LLC.

I guarantee that the information presented by me is complete, accurate and reliable, as well as that the current legislation of Ukraine, the legal rights and interests of third parties are not violated when submitting the information. All the information presented is filled out by me personally.

The consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
