Service and Usage Agreement

Services are provided by "Hosting in Ukraine" LLC (hereinafter the Contractor) on the basis of the following conditions.

1. All services provided by our company must be used only for legal purposes and not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine and international legislation.

2. The client (hereinafter the Customer) is obliged to comply with the rules for obtaining telecommunication services when using the services of the Contractor, namely:

do not take actions aimed at limiting or obstructing other users' access to services, as well as making attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Contractor's resources and to other systems accessible via the Internet;
do not take actions aimed at sending, publishing, transmitting, reproducing, providing or in any way using information, software or other materials that may violate copyright without the appropriate permission of the right holder;
not to publish or transmit over the Internet any information that contradicts current Ukrainian or international legislation. In particular, this applies to:
information that calls for:
overthrow of the constitutional order;
violation of the territorial integrity of the country;
propaganda of war;
inciting racial, national, religious enmity;
committing terrorist acts.
information that contains elements:
cruelty;
violence;
pornography;
cynicism;
humiliation of human honor and dignity.
not to send spam, not to order or offer to send spam, including for the purpose of advertising;
3. In case of detection of the fact of spreading spam from the Customer's resource located on the Contractor's server, the Customer undertakes to delete this resource / site within 6 hours.

4. In addition to the restrictions described above, it is also prohibited to place resources of the following type on the Contractor's virtual hosting servers:

Warez, backdoor, crack resources;
PROXY, VPN or tunnels;
applications used in social networks;
sites are devoted to games cs, wow, la2, and all other games (all games, regardless of name, type, genre, etc.). An exception may be information sites, clan forums, etc.
casinos, bookmaker sites;
financial pyramid sites, sites dedicated to the MMM organization, "mutual aid" sites
sites advertise financial pyramids;
sites advertise illegal activities;
sites that distribute smoking mixtures and narcotic substances, or sites that advertise similar activities;
sites that distribute pills and other medicinal products, or sites that advertise similar activities;
phishing sites (clones of existing sites);
pornographic sites, webcam sites, escort service sites;
cardsharing services;
IRC scripts and bots;
proxies and anonymizers;
network scanners;
monitoring of gaming, etc. servers;
game databases (for handing out cards, weapons, etc.);
online chats and online calls;
programs for selecting passwords (brutforce);
spam scripts;
online cinemas and radio;
file sharers or torrent trackers, as well as software related to them;
database of CVV ​​codes;
lotteries, gambling sites.
5. ABUSE (Abuse, complaints)

The Customer undertakes to eliminate the reasons due to which the Executor received an Abuse for the Service ordered by the Customer, within the time limit specified in the notice of this Abuse.

In case of receiving more than 3 (three) abuses of the same type within one month for one of the services ordered by the Customer (domain name, virtual hosting, virtual server, dedicated server), access to the services will be completely blocked and / or the data stored on the account will be deleted with or without additional notice. The exception is Spam Abuse (complaints), when the service can be blocked after receiving a second complaint of the same nature, as well as Botnet Controller Abuse (complaints), when the service or service is blocked instantly without the possibility of its recovery.

If the IP address is included in the blacklists (blacklists) of SBL, Spamhaus, AOL, the Contractor reserves the right to block the IP address without the possibility of its restoration.

6. Viruses

In the event that the Executor's employees detect viruses in the client's account, the employees send a message to the client's e-mail address about the found viruses, shell scripts or other malicious programs. The client is obliged to respond to the letter as soon as possible and clean his account of viruses. Failure to respond to the email within 24 hours will result in the customer's account being blocked. The account is temporarily blocked until appropriate measures are taken by the client.

The client is obliged to use a complex password that will be difficult for an attacker to pick up, as well as to use all available protection systems that prevent the use of a login and password. Such measures can serve as:

restriction of access to FTP from certain IP addresses;
use of two-factor protection with one-time passwords.
7. Use of resources

The user must not:

Exceed the number of simultaneously running processes in the account, limits for tariffs.
Run any types of search indexers on the server
